Enelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh konflik peran terhadap stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja pegawai pada kantor sekretariat dprk gayo lues. metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dengan 100 responden. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konflik peran berpengaruh positif terhadap stres kerja, konflik peran berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan konflik peran berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui stres kerja. kata kunci : konflik peran, stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja

Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of role conflict on job stress and employee job satisfaction at the Gayo Lues DPRK Secretariat Office. The sampling method in this study used the census method with 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that Role Conflict has a positive effect on Job Stress, Role Conflict has a negative effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Stress has a negative effect on Job Satisfaction and Role Conflict has a negative effect on Job Satisfaction through Job Stress..
