Sungai krueng aceh gampong jawa merupakan salah satu daerah aliran sungai (das) krueng aceh yang memiliki berbagai aktivitas di perairannya seperti aktivitas perkapalan dan perikanan. wilayah perairan krueng aceh di duga telah menerima beban berat bahan pencemar baik berupa limbah domestik, organik, industri, logam berat maupun tumpahan minyak dari kapal-kapal perikanan yang beroperasi disungai tersebut. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa tingkat kandungan logam berat pb (timbal) dan keanekaragaman fitoplankton sebagai indikator cemaran. penelitian ini dilakukan di sungai krueng aceh, gampong jawa, banda aceh pada bulan oktober 2020. pengambilan sampel air dilakukan pada 3 stasiun pengamatan dengan metode purposivesampling. sampel pb dianalisis menggunakan atomic absorption spectrophotometer (aas) di laboratorium dinas lingkungan hidup dan kehutanan, sedangkan sampel fitoplankton di identifikasi menggunakan mikroskop di laboratorium biologi laut fakultas kelautan dan perikanan, universitas syiah kuala. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi logam pb di sungai krueng aceh pada tiap stasiun masih berada di bawah ambang batas yakni

Abstract
Krueng Aceh River Gampong Jawa is one of the Krueng Aceh water sheds which has various activities in its waters such as shipping and fishing activities. It is suspected that the Krueng Aceh waters area has received a heavy load of pollutants in the form of domestic, organic, industrial waste, heavy metals and oil spills from fishing vessels operating on the river. This study aims to analyze the level of heavy metal content of Pb (Lead) and the diversity of phytoplankton as an indicator of contamination. This research was conducted in the Krueng Aceh river, Gampong Jawa, Banda Aceh in October 2020. Water samples were taken at 3 observation stations using purposive sampling method. Pb samples were analyzed using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) in the Environment and Forestry Service laboratory, while phytoplankton samples were identified using a microscope at the marine biology laboratory of the Faculty of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Syiah Kuala University.
