Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen atau budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan implikasinya terhadap kinerja badan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (bpsdm) aceh. penelitian ini menggunakan jumlah sampel sebanyak 162 pegawai badan pengembangan sumber daya manusia aceh. sampel penelitian ini diambil menggunakan sampel jenuh atau teknik total sampling, dan disebut juga metode sensus. analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode structural equation modelling (sem). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, komitmen organisasi, kinerja pegawai, dan kinerja organisasi bpsdm aceh sudah berjalan dengan baik. budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai bpsdm aceh. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan semakin baiknya budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi akan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi bpsdm aceh. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan semakin baiknya budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi akan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja organisasi. kinerja pegawai memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi bpsdm aceh secara parsial. kata kunci: budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, komitmen organisasi, kinerja pegawai, kinerja organisasi



Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to test the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable Organizational culture, work environment, and organizational commitment to employee performance and its implications for the performance of the Aceh Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM). This study used a sample of 162 employees of the Aceh Human Resources Development Agency. The sample of this study was taken using a saturated sample or total sampling technique, and is also called the census method. Data analysis in this study used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of the study show that an Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance, and Organizational Performance of BPSDM Aceh have been going well. Organizational Culture, Work Environment, and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant impact on the Performance of BPSDM Aceh Employees. This shows that the better the Organizational Culture, Work Environment, and Organizational Commitment will have a positive and significant impact on improving employee performance. Organizational Culture, Work Environment, and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant impact on the Organizational Performance of BPSDM Aceh. This shows that the better the Organizational Culture, Work Environment, and Organizational Commitment will have a positive and significant impact on increasing Organizational Performance. Employee Performance mediates the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Environment, and Organizational Commitment on Aceh BPSDM Organizational Performance in a partial mannerl.
