Perlakuan benih dengan rizobakteri secara nyata meningkatkan pertumbuhan vegetatif dan generatif. tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi rizobakteri pada ketahanan sistemik tanaman cabai merah (capsicum annum l.) terhadap patogen colletotrichum gloeosporioides. penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (ral) non faktorial dengan 10 taraf perlakuan jenis rizobakteri dan 3 kali ulangan, sehingga terdapat 30 unit percobaan. setiap unit percobaan terdiri atas 4 tanaman sehingga jumlah total tanaman yang digunakan yaitu 120 tanaman. adapun parameter yang diamati pada penelitian ini antara lain tinggi tanaman dan diameter batang pada umur 15 hspt dan 30 hspt, jumlah cabang produktif, panjang buah pertanaman, dan persentase kejadian penyakit. hasil penelitian rizobakteri terhadap ketahanan sistemik berpengaruh sangat nyata pada diameter batang 30 hspt dan berpengaruh nyata pada tinggi tanaman 30 hspt, jumlah cabang produktif pada umur 60 hspt dan pesentase kejadian penyakit. sedangkan berpengaruh tidak nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman 15 hspt, diameter batang 15 hspt dan panjang buah per tanaman. kata kunci: aplikasi, penyakit, gejala, serangan, rizobakteri, antraknosa, ketahanan sistemik.



Abstract

Seed treatment with rhizobacteria significantly increased vegetative and generative growth. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of rhizobacteria application on the systemic resistance of red chili (Capsicum annum L.) against the pathogen Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. This study used a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 10 levels of rhizobacteria type treatment and 3 replications, so there were 30 experimental units. Each experimental unit consisted of 4 plants so that the total number of plants used was 120 plants. The parameters observed in this study included plant height and stem diameter at the age of 15 HSPT and 30 HSPT, number of productive branches, length of plant fruit, and percentage of disease incidence. The results of the study of rhizobacteria on systemic resistance had a very significant effect on stem diameter at 30 HSPT and significantly on plant height at 30 HSPT, the number of productive branches at the age of 60 HSPT and the percentage of disease incidence. While the effect was not significant on the parameters of plant height 15 HSPT, stem diameter 15 HSPT and fruit length per plant.
