Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mendeskripsikan kelayakan media pembelajaran berbasis augmented reality pada alat–alat kimia dan mengetahui ketertarikan mahasiswa pendidikan kimia fkip universitas syiah kuala terhadap media pembelajaran alat–alat laboratorium kimia berbasis augmented reality. jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development (r&d) dengan model pengembangan addie. subjek penelitian ini adalah 19 orang mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan kimia universitas syiah kuala yang terdiri dari 16 perempuan dan 3 laki – laki yang mengikuti pelajaran kimia dasar secara daring dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. hasil persentase rata-rata skor yang diperoleh dari validator terhadap uji kelayakan ar lab yaitu 97,73% dengan kategori sangat setuju sehingga layak untuk digunakan. hasil validasi kelayakan aplikasi ar lab secara keseluruhan adalah 97,73% dengan kriteria sangat setuju untuk digunakan. respon mahasiswa terhadap aplikasi ini sebanyak 61% sangat setuju, 35% setuju, dan 4% kurang setuju. data yang diperoleh kelayakan angket system usability scale (sus). teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu penilaian kelayakan media aplikasi ar lab dan evaluasi angket sus dari penilaian mahasiswa terhadap ar lab diperoleh persentase rata-rata 90 dengan kriteria sangat baik. berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ar lab sangat layak digunakan untuk mata pelajaran kimia dasar pada materi alat-alat kimia.



Abstract

This study aims to develop and describe the feasibility of Augmented Reality-based learning media on chemical tools and to find out the interest of Chemical Education FKIP students at Syiah Kuala University towards Augmented Reality-based learning media for chemical laboratory equipment. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this study were 19 students of the Department of Chemistry Education at Syiah Kuala University consisting of 16 women and 3 men who took basic chemistry lessons online using purposive sampling technique. The result of the average percentage score obtained from the validator against the AR Lab feasibility test is 97.73% with the category of strongly agree so that it is feasible to use. The results of the validation of the feasibility of the AR Lab application as a whole are 97.73% with the criteria strongly agreeing to be used. Student responses to this application as much as 61% strongly agree, 35% agree, and 4% slightly disagree. The data obtained are the feasibility of the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the assessment of the feasibility of the AR Lab application media and the evaluation of the SUS questionnaire from the student assessment of the AR Lab, the average percentage is 90 with very good criteria. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the AR Lab is very suitable to be used for Basic Chemistry subjects on Chemical Tools material.
