Abstrak abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas syiah kuala pengaruh work from home terhadap beban kerja dan employee burnout serta implikasinya pada kinerja pegawai kantor pelayanan pajak pratama banda aceh oleh roshita hastuty 1901202010010 konsentrasi: manajemen umum pembimbing utama : dr. mahdani, s.e., m.m. pembimbing pembantu : dr. t. roli ilhamsyah putra, s.e., m.m. studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work from home terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh beban kerja dan employee burnout. populasinya adalah seluruh pegawai kantor pelayanan pajak pratama banda aceh yang berjumlah 108. tenik pengambilan sampel tersebut dinamakan teknik sensus. data dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form. peralatan analisis yang digunakan adalah sem amos. hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa work from home berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap beban kerja, employee burnout, dan kinerja pegawai. beban kerja dan employee burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. beban kerja memediasi pengaruh work from home terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial, namun employee burnout memediasi pengaruh work from home terhadap kinerja pegawai secara penuh. keyword: work from home, beban kerja, employee burnout, kinerja pegawai

ABSTRACT Abstract of Final Paper Submitted to The Examination Committe in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Management on Economis and Business Faculty of Syiah Kuala University THE EFFECT OF WORK FROM HOME ON WORKLOAD AND EMPLOYEE BURNOUT AND THEIR IMPLICATIONS ON PERFORMANCE OF TAX SERVICE OFFICE PRATAMA BANDA ACEH EMPLOYEES By ROSHITA HASTUTY 1901202010010 Specialization : Dr. Mahdani, S.E., M.M. Co-Supervisor : Dr. T. Roli Ilhamsyah Putra, S.E., M.M. This study aims to examine the effect of work from home on employee performance mediated by workload and employee burnout. The population is all employees of the Banda Aceh Primary Tax Service Office, totaling 108. The sampling technique is called the census technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires via google form. The analytical equipment used is SEM AMOS. The results of this research prove that work from home has a positive and significant effect on workload, employee burnout, and employee performance. Workload and employee burnout have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload partially mediates the effect of work from home on employee performance, but employee burnout full mediates the effect of work from home on employee performance.
