Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja perawat pada rumah sakit umum daerah kabupaten gayo lues. populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat rumah sakit umum daerah kabupaten gayo lues. metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus dengan sampel 85 responden. hipotesis diuji secara statistik dengan menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi total ( ) dan uji statistik t. semua perhitungan statistik diproses dengan penelitian menggunakan program spss 22. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja. (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja. kata kunci : kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, kinerja

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of nurses at the Gayo Lues District General Hospital. The population of this study were all nurses ar the Gayo Lues District General Hospital. sampling method in this study used the cencus method with a sample of 85 respondents. The hypothesis was tested statistically using the coefficient of determination of total ( ) and the t statistical. All statistical calculation are processed by research using the SPSS 22 program. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of emotional intelligence on performance.
