Abstrak abstract final work submitted to the examination commission committee to get a masters degree in management at the postgraduate program at syiah kuala university diterminasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pembangunan di kabupaten aceh selatan oleh: ikhsan setiawan npm. 2001202010039 konsenterasi: manajemen sumber daya manusia pembimbing pertama : prof. dr. said musnadi, se., m.si pembimbing kedua : dr. teuku roli ilhamsyah putra, se., mm penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pembangunan di kabupaten aceh selatan dengan objek penelitian kepemimpinan pemerintah gampong, partisipasi masyarakat, monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan program pembangunan dan kinerja capaian kinerja pembangunan. jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 25.661 orang. teknik pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik probability sampling. penelitian ini menetapkan stratified proporsional random sampling sebagai metode dalam penarikan sampel. sedangkan penentuan jumlah sampel minimal dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 400 orang. data dikumpulkan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. data dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi spss. hasil penelitian pada gampong tertinggal di kabupaten aceh selatan menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan pemerintah gampong, partisipasi masyarakat dan monitoring & evaluasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pembangunan. kepemimpinan pemerintah gampong, partisipasi masyarakat, monitoring dan evaluasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pembangunan keyword : kepemimpinan pemerintah gampong, partisipasi masyarakat, monitoring dan evaluasi, kinerja capaian kinerja pembangunan.

ABSTRACT Abstract Final Work Submitted to the Examination Commission Committee to Get a Masters Degree in Management at the Postgraduate Program at Syiah Kuala University DETERMINATION OF FACTORS AFFECTING DEVELOPMENT PERFORMANCE IN ACEH SELATAN DISTRICT By: Ikhsan Setiawan NPM. 2001202010039 Concentration: Human Resource Management Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Said Musnadi, SE., M.Si Co-Supervisor: Dr. Teuku Roli Ilhamsyah Putra, SE., MM This study aims to determine the factors that influence development performance in Aceh Selatan, as a district located in the southern part of Aceh, Indonesia, with the objects being the village government leadership, community participation, and monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of development programs, and the performance of Development Performance achievements. The total population was 25,661 people. The sample selection technique used was the probability sampling technique. The Stratified Proportional Random Sampling was used as a method of sampling. While the determination of the minimum sample size in this study was determined using the Slovin formula so that the total sample size was 400 people. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires which were measured using a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using the SPSS application. The results prove on underdeveloped villages in Aceh Selatan, the Village Government Leadership, Community Participation, Monitoring & Evaluation, and Development Performance are not in a good performance; the village government leadership, community participation, and monitoring & evaluation positively and partially affect development performance; and Village government leadership, community participation, monitoring and evaluation positively and simultaneously affect Development Performance. These findings also explain that the model for improving development performance in Aceh Selatan is a function of strengthening government leadership, increasing community participation, and strengthening monitoring & evaluation.
