Penyakit gagal ginjal kronik (ggk) merupakan penyakit dengan imunodefisiensi yang menyebabkan tingkat kerentanan tinggi terhadap infeksi termasuk covid-19. pasien ggk yang menjalani hemodialisis merupakan kelompok dengan indikasi prioritas khusus dilakukan vaksinasi covid-19. tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi pasien ggk yang menjalani hemodialisis terhadap vaksinasi covid-19 di rumah sakit umum daerah dr. zainoel abidin banda aceh. jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif. populasi dalam penelitian ini pasien hemodialisis dengan sampel sebanyak 77 responden. instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode wawancara terpimpin terdiri 20 item pernyataan dalam skala likert (1-5) dengan cronbach’s alpha 0,907. hasil penelitian menunjukan persepsi pasien hemodialisis terhadap vaksinasi covid-19 berada pada kategori persepsi positif 43 (55,8%) dan negatif 34 (44,2%). sedangkan, persepsi harapan positif 47 (61,0%) dan negatif 30 (39,0%), persepsi pengalaman positif 65 (84,4%) dan negatif 12 (15,6%), persepsi minat positif 41 (53,2%) dan negatif 36 (46,8%), persepsi motivasi positif 45 (58,4%) dan negatif 32 (41,6), dan persepsi keadaan psikologis positif 2 (2,6%) dan negatif 75 (97,4%). hasil penelitian ini didukung oleh adanya informasi terkait manfaat vaksinasi covid-19 sehingga pasien hemodialisis memiliki harapan terhadap dampak dari vaksinasi covid-19 yang baik.



Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is an immunodeficiency disease that causes a high degree of susceptibility to infections, including COVID-19. CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis are a group with priority indications for COVID-19 vaccination. This research aimed to determine the perception of COVID-19 vaccination among chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis at dr. Zainoel Abidin Regional Public Hospital of Banda Aceh. The type of research used was quantitative with a descriptive design. The populations are hemodialysis patients, with 77 respondents as the sample. The data was collected by guided interview, and the research instrument used a questionnaire with 20 items of questions on the Likert Scale (1-5) and Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.907. The result of the research showed that the perception of hemodialysis patients about COVID-19 vaccination was in the positive category for 43 patients (55.8%) and the negative category for 34 patients (44.2%). Meanwhile, the perception of expectation was in the positive category for 47 patients (61.0%) and negative for 30 patients (39.0%). The perception of experience was in the positive category for 65 patients (84.4%) and negative for 12 patients (15.6%). The perception of interest has 41 (53.2%) patients with positive perception and 36 (46.8%) patients with negative perception. The perception of motivation has 45 (58.4%) patients with positive perception and 32 (41.6%) patients with negative perception. The perception of psychological state was in the positive category for two patients (2.6%) and negative for 75 patients (97.4%). The results of this study are supported by information related to the benefits of COVID-19 vaccination so that hemodialysis patients have a reasonable expectation about the COVID-19 vaccination.
