Sistem informasi pengajuan proyek akhir (ta) pada fakultas matematika dan ilmu pengetahuan alam (fmipa) universitas syiah kuala, sampai saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, dimana mahasiswa masih harus menghadap ke koordiantor untuk mengajukan judul proyek akhir, hal itu membutuhkan waktu yang tidak sedikit. dalam pelaksanaan pengajuan proyek akhir, tidak sedikit juga mahasiswa yang kehilangan banyak waktu hanya untuk menunggu dosen bimbingan memberi balasan diterima atau tidak nya laporan proyek akhir yang di ajukan. hal ini biasa disebabkan oleh perbedaan alokasi waktu antara mahasiswa dengan dosen pembimbing. tujuan penulis adalah mengimplementasikan sebuah sistem informasi manajemen proyek akhir yang berfokus pada proses pengajuan judul proyek akhir mahasiswa, sistem informasi ini dikembangkan berbasis website dengan framework codeigniter sebagai back end dari sistem. dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan bahwa semua fungsionalitas dari sistem informasi pengajuan proyek akhir yang dikembangkan pada penelitian ini telah berjalan sesuai dengan harapan dan semestinya. kata kunci: sistem informasi pengajuan proyek akhir, manajemen, php, web, codeigniter

The Final Project Submission Information System (TA) at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Syiah Kuala University, until now it is still done manually, where students still have to go to the Coordinator to submit the title of the Final Project, it takes a lot of time .In the implementation of the submission of final project guidance, not a few students also lose a lot of time just waiting for the guidance lecturer to give a reply whether or not the submitted final project report is accepted. This is usually caused by differences in the time allocation between students and their supervisors.The author's goal is to implement a final project management information system that focuses on the process of submitting a student's final assignment title, this information system was developed based on a website with the CodeIgniter framework as the backend of the system. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it is found that all the functionality of the final project submission information system developed in this study has been running as expected and properly.
