Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh efektivitas gaya kepemimpinan dan kemampuan aparatur dalam meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja anggota dewan perwakilan rakyat kabupaten (dprk) aceh selatan. dalam riset ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh anggota dewan perwakilan rakyat kabupaten aceh selatan dan aparatur pada sekretariat dprk aceh selatan yang berjumlah sebanyak 109 orang yang terdiri dari 30 orang anggota dewan dan 79 orang aparatur sekretariat drpk aceh selatan. dalam riset ini, penentuan sampel adalah dengan menggunakan metode sensus, hal ini karena jumlah populasi relatif kecil. data dikumpulkan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh responden yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. data dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi sem amos. hasil pengujian deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel dalam riset ini sudah baik. pengujian hipotesis langsung membuktikan bahwa efektivitas gaya kepemimpinan dan kemampuan aparatur berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pelayanan. efektivitas gaya kepemimpinan, kemampuan aparatur dan kinerja pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja anggota dprk aceh selatan. pengujian hipotesis tidak langsung membuktikan bahwa kinerja pelayanan memediasi secara parsial pengaruh efektivitas gaya kepemimpinan dan kemampuan aparatur terhadap kinerja anggota dprk aceh selatan. kata kuci : efektivitas gaya kepemimpinan, kemampuan aparatur, kinerja pelayanan, kinerja anggota dewan perwakilan rakyat

This study aims to examine the effect of the effectiveness of the leadership style and the ability of the apparatus in improving service performance and its impact on the performance of the members of the South Aceh District People's Representative Council. Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all members of the South Aceh Regency House of Representatives and the apparatus at the DPRK South Aceh Secretariat, totaling 109, and analyzed using the Amos SEM application. This study found that the effectiveness of the leadership style and the ability of the apparatus had a significant positive effect on service performance. The effectiveness of leadership style, apparatus capability, and service performance had a significant positive effect on the performance of District People's Representative Council members in South Aceh. The results of the study also prove that service performance partially mediates the effect of the effectiveness of leadership style and the ability of the apparatus on the performance of members of the District People's Representative Council members. The results of this study imply that to improve the performance of members of the South Aceh District People's Representative Council members, the focus should be given to improving services based on strengthening the effectiveness of leadership styles and apparatus capabilities.
