Abstrak abstrak karya akhir diserahkan kepada panitia komisi ujian untuk mendapatkan gelar magister manajemen pada fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas syiah kuala pengaruh boss phubbing terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh leader -member exchage (lmx) dan kepercayaan pada kantor pusat pt. bank aceh syariah oleh ridwan. j nim : 1901202010020 konsentrasi: manajemen umum pembimbing utama : dr. ridwan, s.e, m. m. ak., ca. pembimbing pembantu : dr. sofyan, s.e., m.b.a. peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh boss phubbing terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh leader-member exchage(lmx) dan kepercayaan pada kantor pusat pt. bank aceh syariah. jumlah populasi dari penelitian ini 228 orang, dari semua populasi dijadikan responden dengan menggunakan metode sensus dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik structural equation model (sem). dari hasil peneltian ini menemukan boss phubbing pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepercayaan, dan leader member exchange. leader-member exchange juga mempengaruhi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan memediasi secara parsial pengaruh boss phubbing terhadap kinerja karyawan. kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan memediasi secara parsial pengaruh boss phubbing terhadap kinerja karyawan. keyword : boss phubbing, kinerja karyawan , leader-member exchage (lmx), kepercayaan

ABSTRACT Abstract of Final Paper Submitted to The Examination Committe in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Management on Economis and Business Faculty of Syiah Kuala University THE INFLUENCE OF BOSS PHUBBING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MEDIATED BY LEADER-MEMBER EXCHANGE(LMX) AND TRUST IN THE HEAD OFFICE OF PT. BANK ACEH SYARIAH By Ridwan. J NIM : 1901202010020 Specialization : Dr. Ridwan, S.E, M. M. Ak., CA. Co-Supervisor : Dr. Sofyan, S.E., M.B.A. This study aims to find out how much influence boss phubbing has on employee performance mediated by the leader-member exchange (LMX) and trust in the head office of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah.The total population of this study was 228 people, from all the population as the respondents using the census method and analyzed using the technique of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results of this study found that boss phubbing has negative and significant influences on employee performance, trust, and leader-member exchange.Meanwhile, leader-member exchange has positive and significant influences on employee performance and partially mediates the influence of boss phubbing on employee performance.Trust also has positive and significant influences on employee performance and partially mediates the influence of bossphubbing on employee performance.
