Pencapaian efisiensi secara alokatif akan berpengaruh secara ekonomi bagi nelayan. pendapatan nelayan jaring insang yang berfluktuatif dan cenderung rendah di gampong deah raya menyebabkan pencapaian efisiensi ini perlu dicapai, mengingat keberadaan gampong deah raya juga sangat berpotensi untuk dikembangkan. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor produksi terhadap hasil tangkapan dan efisiensi alokatif penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi. pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan januari - februari 2022 di tpi gampong deah raya kecamatan syiah kuala kota banda aceh. analisis faktor produksi menggunakan pendekatan fungsi cobb douglass untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor produksi terhadap hasil tangkapan. data faktor produksi dan nilai produk marginal diestimasi dengan pendekatan ordinary least square (ols) untuk mengetahui efisiensi alokatif faktor produksi tersebut. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor produksi lama melaut (x1) dan panjang jaring (x4), secara bersama-sama atau serempak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil tangkapan (y), pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. sementara, secara parsial atau satu per satu, pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%, hanya lama melaut (x1) yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil tangkapan (y). hasil perhitungan efisiensi alokatif menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan faktor produksi lama melaut (x1) tidak efisien secara harga sehingga perlu ditingkatkan lagi penggunaannya, sedangkan faktor produksi panjang jaring (x4) belum efisien secara harga sehingga perlu dikurangi penggunaannya. kata kunci: jaring insang, efisiensi alokatif, faktor produksi, gampong deah raya

Achieving efficiency allocatively will have an economic effect on fishermen. The income of gill net fishermen who are volatile and tend to be low in Gampong Deah Raya causes this efficiency achievement to be achieved, considering that the existence of Gampong Deah Raya also has the potential to be developed. The objective of the present study was to determine the influence of production factors on catch and the allocative efficiency of the use of production factors. the study was conducted in January - February 2022 at TPI Gampong Deah Raya, Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh. Production factor analysis uses the Cobb Douglass function approach to determine the influence of production factors on catches. Data on production factors and marginal product values are estimated with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach to determine the allocative efficiency of these production factors. The results showed that the factors of production of trip duration (X1) and net length (X4), together or synchronously exerted a significant influence on the catch (Y), at a confidence level of 95%. Meanwhile, partially or one by one, at a confidence level of 95%, only trip duration (X1) has a significant influence on the catch (Y). The results of the allocative efficiency calculation show that the use of the trip duration production factor (X1) is inefficient in price so that it needs to be increased again, while the net length production factor (X4) has not been price efficient so it needs to be reduced in use.
