Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived organizational support dan proactive personality terhadap employee creativity yang dimediasi oleh meaning of work pada tenaga kependidikan universitas syiah kuala. sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kependidikan uiversitas syiah kuala yang berjumlah 274 orang. peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probablity sampling. metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistical product and service solutions (spss). berdasarkannhasil analisis spss mengidentifikasi bahwa perceived organizational support berpengaruh terhadap employee creativity, proactive personality berpengaruh terhadap emoloyee creativity, perceived organizational support berpengaruh terhadap meaning of work, proactive personality berpengaruh terhadap meaning of work, meaning of work berpengaruh terhadapa employee creativty. meaning of work memediasi pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap employee creativity. meaning of work memediasi pengaruh proactive personality terhadap employee creativity. kata kunci: perceived organizational support, proactive personality, employee creativity, meaning of work

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and proactive personality on employee creativity mediated by meaning of work in Syiah Kuala University education staff. The sample used in this study was the educational staff of Syiah Kuala University, amounting to 274 people. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is probablity sampling. The data analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Based on the results of SPSS analysis identified that perceived organizational support affects employee creativity, proactive personality affects employee creativity, perceived organizational support affects meaning of work, proactive personality affects meaning of work, meaning of work affects employee creativity. Meaning of work mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on employee creativity. Meaning of work mediates the influence of proactive personality on employee creativity.
