Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari keragaan karakter agronomi bc1f2 sigupai dan irbb27. penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan dan rumah kasa serta laboratorium genetika dan pemuliaan tanaman fakultas pertanian universitas syiah kuala, darussalam banda aceh, dimulai sejak bulan desember 2021 hingga juni 2022. media tanam yang digunakan merupakan campuran tanah dan pupuk kandang dengan perbandingan 2:1. benih yang digunakan adalah bc1f2 turunan sigupai dan irbb27, sigupai dan irbb27. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada bc1f2 sg/irbb27 yang direkomendasikan untuk ditanam selanjutnya adalah genotipe t11 (tanaman no. 8), genotipe t25 (tanaman no. 1 dan 5) dan genotipe t55 (tanaman no. 7) dengan umur berbunga yang sedang berkisar antara masing-masing 94 dan 102 hss, umur panen yang sedang berkisar antara masing-masing 114 dan 132 hss, tinggi tanaman yang berbatang pendek berkisar antara masing-masing 100 dan 121 cm serta memiliki jumlah anakan produktif dengan masing-masning 5 dan 9 anakan. panjang lesio daun yang diinfeksi xoo pada semua total tanaman dari genotipe bc1f2 sg/irbb27 yang ditanam, terdapat 2 tanaman kategori rentan (s), 3 tanaman kategori agak rentan (ms), 7 tanaman kategori agak tahan (mr) dan 18 tanaman kategori tahan pada bakteri strain iv. terdapat 1 tanaman kategori rentan (s), 3 tanaman kategori agak rentan (ms), 3 tanaman kategori agak tahan (mr) dan 23 tanaman kategori tahan (r) pada bakteri strain viii.



Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine agronomic characteristics of BC1F2 Sigupai and IRBB27. This research was carried out at the Experimental Garden and Screen House as well as the Genetics and Plant Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala Darussalam University, Banda Aceh from December 2021 to June 2022. The planting medium used was a mixture of soil and manure with a ratio of 2:1. The seeds used were BC1F2 from Sigupai and IRBB27, Sigupai and IRBB27. The results showed that the recommended BC1F2 Sg/IRBB27 for the next planting was the T11 genotype (plant no. 8), T25 genotype (plant no. 1 and 5) and T55 genotype (plant no. 7) with medium flowering ages ranging from 94 and 102 DAP, and medium harvesting ages ranging from 114 and 132 DAP, respectively, short-stemmed plants are between 100 and 121 cm tall, respectively, and have productive tillers of 5 and 9, respectively. The length of the leaf lesions infected with Xoo in all plants of the planted genotype BC1F2 Sg/IRBB27, there were 2 categories of susceptible plants (S), 3 categories of moderately susceptible (MS) plants, 7 categories of moderately resistant (MR) and 18 categories of bacteria resistant plants. IV strains. There is 1 category of susceptible plants (S), 3 categories of plants that are moderately susceptible (MS), 3 categories of plants that are moderately resistant (MR) and 23 categories of plants that are resistant (R) to strain VIII bacteria.
