Kafe merupakan tipe dari restoran kecil yang menyediakan makanan dan minuman ringan seperti kue dan kopi. umumnya kafe dijadikan sebagai tempat untuk berkumpul dan bersantai. saat ini bisnis kafe telah berkembang sangat pesat dan menjadi salah satu bisnis yang banyak diminati oleh para pelaku bisnis. namun, pengelolaan kafe masih dilakukan secara manual terutama pada pengelolaan bahan baku dan proses pembuatan rekapitulasi penjualan. hal tersebut tidak efektif karena menyita banyak waktu dan memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan perhitungan yang mengakibatkan kerugian dan menghambat operasional kafe. oleh karena itu, diperlukan solusi untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dengan mengembangkan sebuah sistem berbasis android yang dapat membantu pemantauan bahan baku dan pembuatan rekapitulasi penjualan dengan cepat dan lebih terstruktur agar meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja dan waktu. perancangan sistem pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode goal directed design (gdd) dan pengembangannya menggunakan framework flutter dengan menerapkan metode scrum. pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan tiga metode yaitu black box, white box dan usability. hasil pengujian black box menghasilkan nilai berhasil untuk semua fungsionalitas yang diuji. hasil pengujian white box testing dengan menggunakan unittest menghasilkan nilai ok yang berarti tidak eror pada fungsi yang diuji. pengujian usability dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode use questionnaire kepada 10 responden dan menghasilkan total nilai rata-rata sebesar 6,29 yang berarti responden sangat setuju dengan sistem yang dikembangkan sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem layak untuk digunakan

A cafe is a type of small restaurant that provides light food and drinks such as cakes and coffee. Generally, cafes are used as a gathering or relaxing place. Currently the cafe industry has grown rapidly. It has also become one of the businesses where many business owner are interested in. However, current cafe management is still carry out manually, especially in the management of cafe ingredients and the accounting process of calculating sales and revenues. This process is believed to be inefficient due to the time it takes and allows for miscalculations that could result in losses and interrupt daily cafe operations. Thus, this research is intended to develop a Androidbased application that can monitor cafe ingredients and document sales and revenues. The application would be able to record whatever is needed within the café management with goal of increasing productivity and saving time. The system design in this research uses Goal Directed Design (GDD) methodology. The application was developed using the Flutter framework by applying Scrum technique. The application was tested using three approaches, there are Black Box, White Box and usability testing. The results of the Black Box approach provided consecutive successful result based on all test scenario provided for the entire functionality. The results of White Box testing using unittest return OK which means there are no errors for all function tested. Usability testing was conducted using the USE Questionnaire toward 10 respondents and resulted in a total average value of 6.29, this value suggests that respondents are favorable toward the applications. Therefore it can be concluded that the application is feasible to use.
