Dari pembahasan yang telah diuraikan penulis pada bab-bab sebelumnya mengenai standar pelayanan teller dan customer service pada pt. bank aceh syariah cabang banda aceh, maka penulis menarik kesimpulan yaitu: pelayanan teller dan customer service pada pt. bank aceh syariah cabang banda aceh meliputi: tepat waktu, antrian tidak terlalu panjang, tidak mempersulit nasabah, proses transaksi cepat dan akurat serta teliti. standar prosedur pelayanan teller dan customer service pada pt. bank aceh syariah cabang banda aceh meliputi: standar prosedur pelayanan transaksi penyetoran tunai, pembayaran angsuran, pengeluaran kas, penerimaan kas, transaksi pembukaan rekening, dan penutupan rekening. peran pelayanan teller dan customer service pada pt. bank aceh syariah cabang banda aceh meliputi: salam, senyum, sapa, sopan, sabar, ramah, lemah lembut, dan bersikap akrab kepada nasabah.



Abstract

From the discussion that the author has described in previous chapters regarding Teller Service Standards and Customer Service at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Banda Aceh Branch, the author draws the following conclusions: Teller Service and Customer Service at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Banda Aceh Branch includes: On time, not too long queues, does not make it difficult for customers, fast and accurate and thorough transaction processing. Standard Procedure for Teller Service and Customer Service at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Banda Aceh Branch includes: Standard procedures for cash deposit transactions, installment payments, cash disbursements, cash receipts, account opening transactions, and account closings. The role of Teller and Customer Service services at PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Banda Aceh Branch includes: Greetings, smiles, greetings, polite, patient, friendly, gentle, and being friendly to customers.
