Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh career competencies dan psychological capital terhadap subjective career success yang dimediasi oleh job crafting pada pegawai kantor bappeda aceh. sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai kantor bappeda aceh yang berjumlah 87 orang. peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistical product and service solutions (spss). kesimpulan dari uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa career competencies berpengaruh positif terhadap subjective career success, psychological capital berpengaruh positif terhadap subjective career success, career competencies berpengaruh positif terhadap job crafting, psychological capital berpengaruh positif terhadap job crafting, job crafting berpengaruh positif terhadap subjective career success, job crafting memediasi pengaruh career competencies terhadap subjective career success, job crafting memediasi pengaruh psychological capital terhadap subjective career success. kata kunci: career competencies, psychological capital, subjective career success, job crafting

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh career competencies dan psychological capital terhadap subjective career success yang dimediasi oleh job crafting pada pegawai Kantor Bappeda Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Kantor Bappeda Aceh yang berjumlah 87 orang. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Sampling Jenuh. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Kesimpulan dari uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa career competencies berpengaruh positif terhadap subjective career success, psychological capital berpengaruh positif terhadap subjective career success, career competencies berpengaruh positif terhadap job crafting, psychological capital berpengaruh positif terhadap job crafting, job crafting berpengaruh positif terhadap subjective career success, job crafting memediasi pengaruh career competencies terhadap subjective career success, job crafting memediasi pengaruh psychological capital terhadap subjective career success.
