Yanti, jilfa yusri. 2022. analisis proses hybrid learning pada mata pelajaran fisika siswa sma. skripsi, jurusan pendidikan fisika, fakultas keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan, universitas syiah kuala. pembimbing: (1) drs. agus wahyuni, m.pd., (2) dra. elisa, m.si. seiring perkembangan kondisi, proses pembelajaran sudah dilakukan secara tatap muka, maka diperlukan proses pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan keadaan. diperlukannya proses hybrid learning yang menggabungkan pembelajaran tatap muka dan online menggunakan media aplikasi classroom sehingga proses pembelajaran tidak lagi terbatas ruang dan waktu, kemampuan dalam it tidak pudar serta terciptanya pembelajaran yang lebih aktif. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses hybrid learning, kemampuan profesional guru serta mendeskripsikan respon siswa dan guru terhadap proses hybrid learning pada mata pelajaran fisika. jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru fisika di sma n 1 montasik dan seluruh kelas kelas xi ipa sma n 1 montasik. sampel penelitian diperoleh melalui teknik probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling dengan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas xi ipa a sebanyak 25 siswa. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi proses hybrid learning, lembar observasi kemampuan profesional guru serta angket respon guru dan siswa terhadap proses hybrid learning. teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dengan rumus persentase. hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses pembelajaran hybrid pada mata pelajaran fisika siswa sma diperoleh persentasi 92,05% termasuk dalam kategori baik sekali. kemampuan profesional guru diperoleh persentase 94,89% (baik sekali). respon guru dan siswa sma n 1 montasik terhadap proses hybrid learning pada mata pelajaran fisika diperoleh persentase 92,2% dan 83,43% untuk respon siswa. kedua nilai persentase tersebut masuk dalam kategori sangat setuju. maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa proses hybrid learning dan kemampuan guru termasuk kedalam kategori baik sekali serta respon siswa dan guru pada mata pelajaran fisika siswa di sma n 1 montasik dengan kategori sangat setuju. kata kunci : hybrid learning, kemampuan guru, pembelajaran fisika, respon guru, respon siswa

As conditions develop, the learning process has been carried out face-to-face, so a learning process that is appropriate to the situation is needed. The need for a hybrid learning process that combines face-to-face and online learning using classroom application media so that the learning process is no longer limited by space and time, skills in IT do not fade and create more active learning. This study aims to analyze the hybrid learning process, the professional ability of teachers and describe the responses of students and teachers to the hybrid learning process in Physics subjects. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The population in this study were all physics teachers at SMA N 1 Montasik and all class XI science at SMA N 1 Montasik. The research sample was obtained through a probability sampling technique with the type of simple random sampling with the sample being 25 students of class XI IPA A. The data collection technique used an observation sheet for the hybrid learning process, an observation sheet for the professional ability of teachers and a questionnaire on the responses of teachers and students to the hybrid learning process. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis technique with the percentage formula. The results showed that the hybrid learning process in Physics subjects for high school students obtained a percentage of 92.05% which was included in the very good category. The teacher's professional ability is obtained by a percentage of 94.89% (very good). The responses of teachers and students of SMA N 1 Montasik to the hybrid learning process in Physics subjects obtained a percentage of 92.2% and 83.43% for student responses. Both percentage values ​​are included in the category of strongly agree. So it can be concluded that the hybrid learning process and the ability of teachers are included in the very good category and the responses of students and teachers on the subject of Physics students at SMA N 1 Montasik are in the category of strongly agree.
