Proyek pembangunan ruang kelas baru min 13 pidie jaya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana dalammenunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah. pada tugas akhir ini mengevaluasi tentang perbandingan biaya yang di hitung oleh kontraktor dengan hasil berdasarkan harga pasar tahun 2022 di desa leung putu, kecamatan bandar baru, kabupaten pidie jaya. pembangunan ruang kelas baru min 13 pidie jaya, terletak di gampong ulee gle, kecamatan bandar dua, kabupaten pidie jaya. objek bangunan merupakan gedung yang terdiri dari 2 lantai dengan cv. star project sebagai pelaksana. dana untuk pelaksanaan sebesar rp.2.639.150.000,- (dua milyar enam ratus tiga puluh sembilan juta seratus lima puluh ribu rupiah). hasil perencanaan memberikan informasi perbandingan biaya dalambentuk histogram untuk mengetahui seberapa besar selisih biaya dari setiap pekerjaan yang dihitung. perhitungan analisa harga satuan pekerja menggunakan ahsp 2016. hasil harga total untuk pekerjaan struktur lantai 1 dan lantai 2 pembangunan ruang kelas baru min 13 pidie jaya tahun 2021 berdasarkan hasil kontraktor sebesar rp 878.550.000 sedangkan berdasarkan hasil survei harga pasar tahun 2022 sebesar rp 918.624.000 jika di bandingkanselisih harga tersebut senilai rp 40.074.000. kata kunci : perbandingan harga, pekerjaan struktural,

Abstract
Pidie Jaya's Min 13 New Classroom Development Project aims to: improve facilities and infrastructure to support teaching and learning activities in school. In this final project evaluate the comparison of costs calculated by the contractor with the results based on the 2022 market price in the Village Leung Putu, Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency. Development New Classroom Min 13 Pidie Jaya, located in Ulee Gle Village, Kecamatan Bandar Dua, Pidie Jaya Regency. The building object is a building that consists of 2 floors with CV. Star Project as executor. Funds for implementation of Rp.2,639,150,000, - (Two Billion Six Hundred Thirty Nine Million One Hundred Fifty Thousand Rupiah). Planning results provide cost comparison information in the form of a histogram to find out how much the difference in the cost of each calculated job.
