Penelitian pengaruh waktu dan suhu permukaan laut terhadap jumlah hasil tangkapan pukat pantai di gampong jawa, banda aceh dilaksanakan pada bulan desember 2021 selama 15 hari. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komposisi hasil tangkapan pukat pantai, mengetahui pengaruh waktu terhadap jumlah hasil tangkapan pukat pantai, mendeskripsikan suhu permukaan laut di perairan gampong jawa. metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan melakukan pengamatan dan pengumpulan informasi langsung di lokasi penelitian, data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel atau grafik. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah total hasil tangkapan pukat pantai di gampong jawa waktu pagi hari sebanyak 263 kg dan sore hari memiliki jumlah total hasil tangkapan 862 kg. perbedaan waktu penangkapan antara pagi dan sore hari cenderung memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil tangkapan dimana waktu penangkapan terbaik yaitu pada sore hari. hasil pengukuran suhu selama penelitian berada pada kisaran 27 - 29°c. jumlah hasil tangkapan ikan pada waktu sore hari lebih banyak dengan suhu berkisar 28 – 28,5°c. kata kunci: pengaruh waktu dan suhu permukaan laut, hasil tangkapan, pukat pantai

Research of the influences of time and sea surface temperature toward catch of beach seine at Gampong Jawa, Banda Aceh conducted in December 2021 for 15 days. This research aims to analyse the composition of the amount of beach catches, to discover the effect of time on the amount of catches of beach seine, to describe the sea surfaces in the marine of Gampong Jawa. The method used in this research uses a survey method through observing and collecting information directly at the research location; the data were analyzed descriptively and presented in the form of tables or charts. The results showed that the total catches of beach seine in Gampong Jawa in the morning were 263 Kg and in the afternoon had a total catches of 862 Kg. The difference of catch time between morning and afternoon tends to have an impact on the catch where the best trawling time is in the afternoon. The results of temperature measurements during the research were in the range of 27 - 29ºC. The number of fish catches in the afternoon is more with temperatures ranging from 28 - 28 ºC Keywords: Influence of time and sea surface temperature, catch, beach seine
