Prarancangan pabrik papan partikel ini menggunakan bahan baku tandan kosong kelapa sawit dan polyester. kapasitas produksi pabrik ini adalah 125.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerja 330 hari/tahun. pabrik ini direncanakan didirikan di desa lingkuang aua, kecamatan pasaman, kabupaten pasaman barat, sumatera barat dengan luas tanah 21.130 m2 . bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah perseroan terbatas (pt) dengan menggunakan metode struktur organisasi garis dan staf (tenaga kerja sebanyak 124 orang). sumber air pabrik ini berasal dari sungai batang pasaman, kecamatan pasaman, kabupaten pasaman barat dengan total kebutuhan air sebesar 74.664,631 kg/jam, dan untuk kebutuhan listrik diperoleh dari perusahaan listrik negara (pln) dan generator dengan daya 1.300,217 kw.

The location of the factory is planned to be established in Lingkuang Aua Village, Pasaman District, West Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra with a land area of 21.130 m2. The planned form of this company is an Incorporated (Inc.) using the line and staff structure method (a workforce of 124 people). The water source for this factory comes from the Batang Pasaman River, Pasaman District, West Pasaman Regency with a total water needed is 74.664,631 kg/hour, and for electricity needs it is obtained from the State Electricity Company (PLN) and a generator with a power of 1.300,217 kW.
