Abstrak covid-19 (corona virus disease) adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus corona jenis baru yang diberi nama sars-cov-2. wabah ini menyebar ke seluruh dunia dengan sangat cepat dan menjadi pandemi secara global. pandemi ini membuat ekonomi dan tatanan sosial dunia menjadi lusuh dan tidak stabil. salah satu dampak dari pandemi ini adalah warung kopi yang dalam masyarakat aceh merupakan penyangga dan bagian penting dari sosial dan ekonomi. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat (1) sosial ekonomi pelaku usaha warung kopi di masa pandemi covid-19 di kota banda aceh, (2) untuk melihat resiliensi pelaku usaha warung kopi di masa pandemi covid-19 di kota banda aceh. lokasi penelitian ini di kota banda aceh. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, dimana informan penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan sampling purposive. informan dalam penelitian ini adalah lima pelaku usaha warung kopi. pengumpulan data melalui metode wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sosial ekonomi pelaku usaha warung kopi di kota banda aceh mengalami perubahan yang signifikan dimana terjadi penurunan intensitas komunikasi secara sosial hingga pendapatan dan pengeluaran yang tidak stabil. kemudian dari rangkaian peristiwa yang membuat ketidakstabilan sosial ekonomi, pelaku usaha warung kopi memiliki cara tersendiri untuk bisa bertahan dan melakukan resiliensi dari tekanan kondisi pandemi saat ini dengan cara promosi (i have), organisir pekerja (pengurangan, pembagian jam kerja dan menonaktifan untuk sementara para pekerja) (i am). serta yang terakhir menjalankan protokol kesehatan (i can) terkait covid-19 seperti memakai masker, menjaga jarak, hingga menyediakan wastafel cuci tangan yang melahirkan suatu kebiasaan dan tatanan sosial baru (new normal) berkaitan dengan pencegahan penularan covid-19. kata kunci: covid-19, warung kopi, resiliensi

ABSTRACT Covid-19 (Corona Virus Disease) is a disease caused by a new type of corona virus called SARS-CoV-2. The outbreak spread around the world very quickly and became a global pandemic. This pandemic made the world economy and social order shabby and unstable. One of the impacts of this pandemic is coffee shops which in Acehnese society are a buffer and an important part of social and economic. This study aims to look at (1) the socio-economic of coffee shop business actors during the Covid-19 pandemic in Banda Aceh City, (2) to see the resilience of coffee shop business actors during the Covid-19 pandemic in Banda Aceh City. The location of this study in Banda Aceh City. This research uses a qualitative approach using qualitative descriptive, where research informants are determined using purposive sampling. The informants in this study were five coffee shop business actors. Data collection through in-depth interview methods, observation and documentation. The results of this study showed that the socio-economic of coffee shop business actors in the city of Banda Aceh experienced significant changes where there was a decrease in the intensity of social communication to unstable income and expenditure. Then from the series of events that create socioeconomic instability, coffee shop business actors have their own ways to be able to survive and resilience the pressures of the current pandemic conditions by means of promotion (I Have), worker organization (reduction, division of working hours and temporarily deactivation of workers) (I Am). And the last one to carry out health protocols (I Can) related to Covid-19 such as wearing masks, maintaining distance, to providing a handwashing sink that gives birth to a new habit and social order (new normal) related to the prevention of Covid-19 transmission.
