Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penentuan harga pokok produksi udang vaname petambak gampong palong. jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga jual dengan menggunakan metode cost plus pricing pendekatan full costing lebih rendah dari pabrik, yaitu rp 52.652 per kg, yang di mana harga pokok pada budidaya udang sudah baik dan sesuai teori yang ada. tetapi, hal tersebut belum dipakai sebagai dasar penentuan harga jual karena penentuan harga jualnyakurang sesuai dengan teori yaitu petani tambak hanya memperhitungkan harga jual udang berdasarkan harga pasaran yang sedang berlaku. kata kunci: penentuan harga pokok produksi, harga jual, metode full costing, metode cost plus pricing.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the determination of the cost of production of vanname shrimp for farmers in Gampong Palong. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. Sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary data collected using observation, interview, documentation and triangulation techniques. The results showed that the selling price using the cost plus pricing method with a full costing approach was lower than the factory, namely Rp 52.652 per kg, where the cost of shrimp farming was good and in accordance with existing theory. However, this has not been used as a basis for determining the selling price because the determination of the selling price is not in accordance with the theory that pond farmers only take into account the selling price of shrimp based on the current market price.
