Pemerintah provinsi aceh melalui dinas perhubungan aceh saat ini sedang melakukan perencanaan awal pembangunan kereta api perkotaan kota banda aceh. kehadiran kereta api ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi kemacetan, kebisingan dan polusi. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikator-indikator yang penting bagi masyarakat terhadap rencana pembangunan kereta api perkotaan kota banda aceh terkait tata guna lahan dan lingkungan menggunakan metode principle component analysis dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada masyarakat sebanyak 100 jumlah sampel di sekitar rute 1 yang melayani arah bandara sultan iskandar muda – pelabuhan ulee lheue. selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengurangan emisi co2 kendaraan terhadap asumsi pengurangan volume lalu lintas sebesar 5%, 10%, dan 15% berdasarkan pengurangan dari kota surabaya sebesar 10% dan kuala lumpur sebesar 11,04% hasil analisis persepsi masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling mempengaruhi adalah faktor peruntukkan penggunaan lahan yaitu sebesar 23,28% dengan indikator yang penting pada faktor ini yaitu lahan dijadikan prasarana kereta api (0,925), properti dijadikan prasarana kereta api (0,909), disekitar lahan dijadikan lahan kereta api (0,909) dan disekitar properti dijadikan lahan kereta api (0,820). hasil analisis survei lalu lintas menunjukkan bahwa setelah dikalikan faktor emisi co2 6,26 gr/km/jam/kend untuk sepeda motor dan 50,91 gr/km/jam/kend untuk mobil penumpang di kota banda aceh terjadi pengurangan jumlah emisi co2 kendaraan di simpang lambaro hingga 81,2 ton/km/tahun dan di simpang surabaya (termasuk fly over) hingga 167,96 ton/km/tahun berdasarkan asumsi. kata kunci : kereta api, pengurangan volume lalu lintas, pengurangan emisi, tata guna lahan, dampak lingkungan, principal component analysis



Abstract

The Aceh Provincial Government through the Aceh Transportation Service is currently carrying out initial planning for the construction of the Banda Aceh City urban railway. The presence of this train is expected to reduce congestion, noise, and pollution. This study aims to determine the indicators that are important for the community towards the urban railway development plan for Banda Aceh City related to land use and the environment using the principle component analysis by distributing questionnaires to the community as many as 100 samples around route 1 which serves the direction of Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport – Ulee Lheue Harbor. In addition, this study also aims to determine the reduction of vehicle CO2 emissions assumption of a 5%, 10%, and 15% reduction in traffic volume based on the reduction from the city of Surabaya by 10% and Kuala Lumpur by 11.04%. Results of the analysis of public perceptions show that the most influencing factor is the land use allocation factor, which is 23.28% with important indicators on this factor, namely the land is used as railway infrastructure (0.925), the property is used as railway infrastructure (0.909), around the land is used as railroad land (0.909) and around the property is used as a railroad area (0.820). The results of the traffic survey analysis show that after multiplying the CO2 emission factor of6.26 gr/km/hour/vehicle for motorcycles and 50.91 gr/km/hour/vehicle for passenger cars in Banda Aceh City, there is a reduction in the amount of CO2 emissions vehicles at the Lambaro intersection up to 81.2 tons/km/year and at the Surabaya intersection (including fly over) up to 167.96 tons/km/year based on assumptions.
