MUNAWIR, PERAN KOMITMEN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KAJIAN BERDASARKAN ZONASI DINAS PENDIDIKAN DI ACEH. Banda Aceh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Doktor Ilmu Manajemen,2022

Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur peran komitmen personal, komitmen berbasis penghargaan, komitmen berkelanjutan terhadap kinerja pegawai berdasarkan zonasi dinas pendidikan di aceh. kemudian untuk mengetahui apakah keterikatan pegawai mampu memediasi komitmen personal, komitmen berbasis penghargaan, dan komitmen berkelanjutan, serta menguji pengaruh perilaku gender dalam memoderasi hubungan keterikatan pegawai dengan kinerja pegawai. hal tersebut menarik untuk dibahas, terutama diruang lingkup birokrasi pemerintahan, karena setiap pegawai negeri sipil adalah bagian sumber daya manusia yang dapat di andalkan untuk menyukseskan rencana kerja birokrasi. namun, yang menjadi masalah antara atasan dengan bawahan adalah dalam membangun hubungan harmonisasi yang berbasis emosi. sehingga akan berdampak pada komitmen pegawai. sebanyak 242 orang pegawai pada dinas pendidikan di aceh dipilih sebagai responden penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi, penggabungan antara cluster sampling dan proportionate random sampling. analisis data menggunakan structural equation modeling (sem), hasil penelitian menunjukkan komitmen personal, komitmen berbasis penghargaan, dan komitmen berkelanjutan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai juga terhadap keterikatan pegawai. penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keterikatan pegawai mampu memediasi komitmen personal, komitmen berbasis penghargaan, komitmen berkelanjutan, secara positif dan signifikan. terakhir, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa variabel perilaku gender memoderasi keterikatan pegawai dengan kinerja pegawai. kata kunci: komitmen personal, komitmen berbasis penghargaan, komitmen berkelanjutan, keterikatan pegawai, perilaku gender dan kinerja pegawai, structural equation modeling.



Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to measure the role of personal commitment, reward-based commitment, sustainable commitment towards employee performance based on the zoning of the Education Department in Aceh. Then, it is carried out to find out whether employee engagement is able to mediate personal commitment, reward-based commitment, and sustainable commitment, and to examine the effect of gender behavior in moderating the relationship between employee engagement and employee performance. This is interesting to discuss, especially in the scope of the government bureaucracy, because every civil servant is part of the human resources that can be relied on to make the bureaucratic work plan a success. However, the problem between superiors and subordinates is in building an emotion-based harmonious relationship. This will have an impact on employee commitment. A total of 242 employees at the Education Department in Aceh were selected as research respondents using the triangulation technique, combining cluster sampling and proportionate random sampling. Data were analysed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM. The results of the study showed that personal commitment, reward-based commitment, and sustainable commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance as well as employee engagement. This study found that employee engagement is able to positively and significantly mediate personal commitment, reward-based commitment, and sustainable commitment. Finally, this study also found that gender behavior moderates employee engagement with employee performance.
