Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh hedonic well-being dan eudaimonic well-being terhadap job performance yang dimediasi oleh affective commiment pada karyawan kantor pusat operasional (kpo) pt. bank aceh syariah kota banda aceh. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sensus dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument pengumpulan data. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan kantor pusat operasional (kpo) pt. bank aceh syariah kota banda aceh yang berjumlah 87 orang. statistical produk and service solutions (spss) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel-variabel yang terlibat. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hedonic well-being berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap job performance dan affective commitment, sedangkan eudaimonic well-being berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job performance job performance dan affective commitment. kata kunci : hedonic well-being, eudaimonic well-being, affective commitment, job performance



Abstract

This study aims to measure the Effect of Hedonic Well-Being and Eudaimonic Well-Being on Job Performance Mediated by Affective Commiment on Employees of the Operational Head Office (KPO) of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Banda Aceh City. This research is a census research using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The population in this study were employees of the Operational Head Office (KPO) of PT. Bank Aceh Syariah Banda Aceh City, totaling 87 people. Statistical Products and Service Solutions (SPSS) was used as analytical method to determine the effect between the variables involved.. The results showed that Hedonic Well-Being had a negative and significant effect on Job Performance and Affective Commitment, while Eudaimonic Well-Being had a positive and significant impact on Job Performance, Job Performance and Affective Commitment.
