Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh literasi, lokasi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat tabungan emas di pegadaian syariah banda aceh. data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel literasi, lokasi, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat tabungan emas di pegadaian syariah, begitu pula pada hasil yang diperoleh secara simultan menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan yaitu dibawah 0,05. dari keempat variabel tersebut, hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel literasi paling berpengaruh dibandingkan variabel lainnya. kata kunci: literasi, promosi, promosi, lokasi, minat nasabah. 



Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of literacy, location, and service quality on interest in saving gold at the Syariah Pawnshop Banda Aceh. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sample was taken using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models. The results showed that literacy, location, promotion, and service quality variables had a positive and significant effect on interest in saving gold at Sharia Pawnshops, as well as the results obtained simultaneously showed a significant effect, which was below 0.05. Of the four variables, the results of the study show that literacy is the most influential variable compared to other variables.
