Dalam setiap pembangunan konstruksi terdapat faktor-faktor risiko baik internal dan eksternal yang dapat berpengaruh bagi industri jasa konstruksi dalam sasaran proyek. risiko sendiri adalah kejadian atau kondisi yang tidak pasti, yang apabila terjadi dapat berpengaruh pada sasaran proyek dalam lingkup, jadwal, biaya dan kualitas. untuk mengurangi dampak dari risiko tersebut salah satu komponen yang perlu diperhatikan adalah manajemen risiko secara keseluruhan untuk membantu dalam mengurangi dampak risiko yang muncul pada suatu proyek. adapun penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan pemilik asphalt mixing plant (amp) yang berada di banda aceh dan aceh besar yang merupakan badan usaha konstruksi. asphalt mixing plant (amp) adalah produksi campuran beraspal yang terdiri dari perangkat peralatan mekanis dan elektronik yang dimana agregat dipanaskan, dikeringkan lalu dicampur dengan aspal panas untuk menghasilkan campuran hotmix yang terpenuhinya akan syarat tertentu berdasarkan jobmix desain amp. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor dan variabel risiko dominan pada perusahaan amp serta tingkatan risikonya. data primer dikumpulkan dari kuesioner yang disebarkan ke 12 responden dari 5 perusahaan pemilik amp di banda aceh dan aceh besar. metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif metode skala likert dengan mengalikan nilai probabilitas (kejadian) dan nilai impact (dampak) dari risiko yang teridentifikasi. hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan risiko-risiko dominan yaitu ketidaksesuaian mutu atau kualitas material yang dikirim oleh supplier kepada pihak kontraktor terhadap standar mutu sesuai spesifikasi pada kontrak, perubahan harga material yang disuplai akibat situasi pandemi, minimnya sumber daya alat dan atau manusia yang dimiliki perusahaan pada proses pertukaran informasi, tingginya risiko penularan virus covid-19 melalui kontak langsung antar pekerja, dan kelangkaan material dengan adanya metode konstruksi yang baru. kata kunci : risiko, asphalt mixing plant, skala likert, perusahaan amp.

In every construction development, there are internal and external risk factors that can affect the construction service industry in project objectives. Risk itself is an uncertain event or condition, which if it occurs can affect the project's objectives in terms of scope, schedule, cost and quality. To reduce the impact of these risks, one component that needs to be considered is overall risk management to assist in reducing the impact of risks that arise on a project. This research was conducted at the company that owns the Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) located in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar which is a construction business entity. Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) is an asphalt mixture production consisting of mechanical and electronic equipment in which the aggregate is heated, dried and then mixed with hot asphalt to produce a hot mix mixture that meets certain requirements based on the AMP design jobmix. The purpose of this study was to identify the dominant risk factors and variables in AMP companies and their level of risk. Primary data were collected from questionnaires distributed to 12 respondents from 5 companies that own AMP in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. The analytical method used is a qualitative analysis of the Likert scale method by multiplying the probability (event) and impact (impact) values of the identified risks. The results of this study show that the dominant risks are the incompatibility of the quality or the quality of the material sent by the supplier to the contractor against the quality standard according to the specifications in the contract, changes in the price of the supplied material due to the pandemic situation, the lack of tools and/or human resources owned by the company at that time. the process of exchanging information, the high risk of transmission of the Covid-19 virus through direct contact between workers, and the scarcity of materials with new construction methods.
