Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi ekstrak jelly daun sikhoh-skhoh (chromolaena odorata) dan periode waktu pengamatan terhadap angiogenesis pada proses penyembuhan luka incisi pada tikus putih (rattus norvegicus). penelitian ini menggunakan tikus putih jantan, sehat, umur 3,5 bulan, berat badan (210,62±22,11)gr. anestesi dengan ketamine-xilazine dosis 5-10 mg/kg bb dan 1-5 mg/kg bb, insisi dilakukan pada area punggung dengan panjang dan lebar luka 2x2 cm kedalaman mencapai (subkutis). tikus dibagi tiga kelompok setiap kelompok 9 ekor. perawatan luka, perlakuan (p0) hanya dioles jelly, (p1) dan (p2) dioles ekstrak jelly 10% dan 30%, diamati pada 3 periode yaitu periode hari ke 3, 7, dan 14. hasil penelitian diketahui, konsentrasi ekstrak jelly daun sikhoh-khoh dan periode waktu pengamatan mempengaruhi angiogenesis pada proses penyembuhan luka incisi tikus putih (p

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the concentration of sikhoh-skhoh leaf jelly extract (Chromolaena odorata) and the period of observation on angiogenesis on the healing process of incisional wounds in white rats (Rattus norvegicus). This study used male white rats, healthy, 3.5 months old, body weight (210.62±22.11)gr. Anesthesia with ketamine-xilazine doses of 5-10 mg/kg w and 1-5 mg/kg w, the incision is made in the back area with a length and width of the wound 2x2 cm depth reaching (subcutis). Rats were divided into three groups, each group of 9 tails. Wound care, treatment (P0) was only smeared with jelly, (P1) and (P2) were smeared with jelly extract 10% and 30%, observed in 3 periods, namely the 3rd, 7th, and 14th day periods.
