Samples were taken from 16 domestic cats that had respiratory system infections. A domestic cat gingival swab isolate is inserted into a tube containing a 1x PBS solution. Furthermore, the DNA extraction stage, DNA quantification and DNA amplification and product visualization stages are carried out. The results of observations are carried out deskly. PCR results were obtained by 11 out of 16 domestic cats who had a positive respiratory system infection with Pasteurella multocida.
