Lupus eritematosus sistemik/LES adalah penyakit autoimun sistemik yang memiliki manifestasi klinis beragam dan menyebabkan kerusakan pada banyak organ sehingga diagnosisnya sulit ditegakkan. Salah satu pemeriksaan penunjang untuk membantu penegakan diagnosis LES adalah pemeriksaan antibodi antinuklear/ANA dengan metode ELISA (ANA Profile). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui angka positivitas dan karakteristik pasien LES dengan hasil ANA Profile yang positif di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2019-2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif retrospektif dengan melihat data rekam medis dan hasil pemeriksaan ANA Profile. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan metode total sampling dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 35. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penderita LES dengan hasil ANA Profile positif didominasi oleh jenis kelamin perempuan yaitu sebanyak 32 orang (91,4%). Kelompok usia 36-45 tahun adalah kelompok usia terbanyak yang menderita LES yaitu 11 orang (31,4%). Lupus paling banyak dialami oleh ibu rumah tangga/IRT yaitu sebanyak 14 orang (40%). Penderita lupus yang menjalani perawatan di RSUDZA paling banyak berasal dari poliklinik ilmu penyakit dalam yaitu sebanyak 27 orang (77,1%). Pola antibodi antinuklear yang paling banyak ditemukan pada penderita LES adalah antibodi anti-RNP/Sm yaitu sebanyak 14 orang (40%). Angka positivitas dari penderita LES dengan hasil ANA Profile positif adalah 70,0%. Manifestasi klinis yang paling sering dijumpai adalah nyeri sendi yaitu pada 30 orang (85,7%).

Systemic lupus erythematosus/SLE is a systemic autoimmune disease that has various clinical manifestations and causes damage to many organs so that the diagnosis is difficult to establish. One of the supporting examinations that play important role in the diagnosis of SLE is antinuclear antibodies/ANA and can be detected by using the ELISA method or we called ANA Profile. This study aims to determine positivity rate and characteristics of SLE patients with positive ANA Profile at dr. Zainoel Abidin General Hospital Banda Aceh in 2019-2021. This research use retrospective descriptive design using medical records and results of ANA Profile. The sample of this study was taken with total sampling method with a sample size of 35. The results of this study indicate that SLE patients with positive ANA Profile are dominated by female sex, as many as 32 people (91.4%). The age group of 36-45 years is the age group with the most SLE disease, namely 11 people (31.4%). Lupus is most experienced by housewives as many as 14 people (40%). Lupus patients who underwent treatment at RSUDZA mostly came from internal medicine polyclinics as many as 27 people (77.1%). The most common pattern of antinuclear antibodies found in SLE patients was anti-RNP/Sm antibody, as many as 14 people (40%). The positivity rate for SLE patients with positive ANA Profile is 70.0%. The most common clinical manifestation was joint pain in 30 people (85.7%).
