Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi reward intrinsic, employee Perceive dan training effectivness, motivasi kerja pegawai dan kinerja pegawai apakah sudah berjalan dengan baik. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward intrinsic, employee Perceive dan training effectivness terhadap motivasi kerja, pengaruh reward intrinsic, employee Perceive dan training effectivness terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh tidak langsung reward intrinsic terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja pegawai, pengaruh employee Perceive terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja, pengaruh training effectivness terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja. Objek penelitian ini adalah reward intrinsic, employee Perceive, training effectivness, motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Peralatan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji deskriptif yaitu untuk menguji model statistik deskriptif berdasarkan nilai rerata dan uji verfikatif dengan menggunakan peralatan analisis data structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reward intrinsic, employee Perceive, training effectivness, motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai sudah berjalan dengan baik, reward intrinsic, employee Perceive dan training effectivness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai, hasil penelitian lain juga membuktikan bahwa reward intrinsic, employee Perceive dan training effectivness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kemudian terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung reward instrinsic, employee Perceive dan training effectivness terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Nagan Raya.

The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of intrinsic reward, employee perception and training effectiveness, employee motivation and employee performance whether it was running well. To determine the effect of intrinsic reward, employee Perceive and training effectiveness on work motivation, the effect of intrinsic reward, employee Perceive and training effectiveness on employee performance, indirect effect of intrinsic reward on employee performance through employee work motivation, the effect of employee Perceive on employee performance through work motivation. , the effect of training effectiveness on employee performance through work motivation. The object of this research is intrinsic reward, employee perception, training effectiveness, work motivation and employee performance. The data analysis equipment used in this research is descriptive test, which is to test descriptive statistical models based on the mean value and verification test using structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis equipment with the help of the AMOS program. The results of the study show that intrinsic reward, employee perception, training effectiveness, work motivation and employee performance have gone well, intrinsic reward, employee perception and training effectiveness have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, the results of other studies also prove that intrinsic reward, employee Perceive and training effectiveness have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then there is the indirect effect of intrinsic reward, employee perception and training effectiveness on employee performance through the work motivation of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Nagan Raya Regency.
