Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) mendeskripsikan job embeddedness, kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, work engagement dan kinerja karyawan (2) pengaruh job embeddedness terhadap work engagement karyawan, (3) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap work engagement (4) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap work engagement karyawan (5) pengaruh job embeddedness terhadap kinerja karyawan, (6) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan (7) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (8) pengaruh work engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan (9) pengaruh tidak langsung job embeddedness terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui work engagement karyawan, (10) pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui work engagement karyawan dan (11) pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui work engagement karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Bank BRI Cabang Sigli. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah job embeddedness, kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, work engagement karyawan dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job embeddedness, kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap work engagement, hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa job embeddedness, kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa work engagement mempunyai pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja organisasi, serta terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung job embeddedness, kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui kinerja karyawan.

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) to describe job embeddedness, leadership, work motivation, work engagement and employee performance (2) influence of job embeddedness to employee's work engagement, (3) influence of leadership to work engagement (4) (6) the influence of leadership on employee performance (7) the influence of work motivation on employee performance (8) the influence of work engagement on employee performance (9) the indirect effect of job embeddedness on the performance of the employee through employee engagement work, (10) indirect influence of leadership on employee performance through work engagement of employees and (11) indirect influence of work motivation on employee performance through employee work engagement. This research was conducted on PT. Bank BRI Branch Sigli. The object of this research is job embeddedness, leadership, work motivation, employee work engagement and employee performance. The result of the research shows that job embeddedness, leadership and work motivation have an effect on work engagement, the result of research also proves that job embeddedness, leadership and work motivation influence to organizational performance. The result of the research also proves that work engagement has an effect on the improvement of organizational performance, and there is indirect influence of job embeddedness, leadership and work motivation toward organizational performance through employee performance.
