THE EFFECT OF MANAGERIAL COACHING BEHAVIOR, ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL EMPLOYEE ON JOB SATISFACTION AND ITS IMPACT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF REGIONAL OFFICERS OF THE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF STATE PROPERTY (DJKN) ACEH

The aims of this study was to see the effect of Managerial Coaching Behavior, Organizational Commitment, and Employee Psychological Capital on the Performance of Regional Office Employees of the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) Aceh and its indirect effects through employee satisfaction variables. The population in this study were 128 Acehnese DJKN employees. Sampling using the census method. The results showed that of the 8 hypotheses tested, including descriptive hypotheses on the variable Managerial Coaching Behavior, Organizational Commitment, Employee psychological capital, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) Aceh as well as direct and indirect hypotheses The Effect of Managerial Coaching Behavior , Organizational Commitment, Employee psychological capital on Job Satisfaction, Effect of Managerial Coaching Behavior, Organizational Commitment, Employee psychological capital on employee performance, Effect of Job Satisfaction on employee performance, and Managerial Coaching Behavior, Organizational Commitment, Employee psychological capital on employee performance through Job Satisfaction , then all of them are proven to have a significant effect, except for hypothesis number 3, namely the effect of Employee psychological capital on Employee satisfaction, which has no significant effect.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh Managerial Coaching Behavior, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Employee Psychological Capital terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara (DJKN) Aceh dan pengaruhnya secara tidak langsung melalui variabel kepuasan pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai DJKN Aceh yang berjumlah 128 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode sensus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 8 hipotesis yang diuji, termasuk hipotesis deskriptif terhadap variable Managerial Coaching Behavior, Komitmen Organisasi, Employee psychological capital, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara (DJKN) Aceh serta hipotesis direct dan indirect Pengaruh Managerial Coaching Behavior, Komitmen Organisasi, Employee psychological capital terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Pengaruh Managerial Coaching Behavior, Komitmen Organisasi, Employee psychological capital terhadap kinerka pegawai, Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan Managerial Coaching Behavior, Komitmen Organisasi, Employee psychological capital terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui Kepuasan Kerja, maka semuanya terbukti pengaruhnya signifikan, kecuali hipotesis no 3 yaitu Pengaruh Employee psychological capital terhadap kepuasan Pegawai yang pengaruhnya tidak signifikan.
