Tujuan yang akan dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kondisi kompetensi, reward instrinsik, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh reward instrinsik terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, pengaruh reward instrinsik terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai, pengaruh reward instrinsik terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, maka diperoleh hasil penelitian yang membuktikan bahwa kompetensi, reward instrinsik, kepuasan kerja, kinerja pegawai dan kinerja organisasi sudah berjalan dengan baik, terdapat pengaruh kompetensi, reward instrinsik terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh kompetensi dan reward instrinsik terhadap kinerja pegawai dan terdapat pengaruh kompetensi, reward instrinsik kepuasan terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui kinerja pegawai..

The objectives to be achieved from this study are to know competency conditions, intrinsic rewards, job satisfaction and employee performance, influence of competency on employee performance, influence of intrinsic reward on employee performance, influence of competence on employee job satisfaction, influence of intrinsic reward on employee job satisfaction , the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, the effect of competency on performance through employee job satisfaction, the effect of intrinsic reward on performance through employee job satisfaction. After doing the research, the results of research that prove that competence, intrinsic reward, job satisfaction, employee performance and organizational performance have been running well, there are influences of competence, intrinsic rewards for employee job satisfaction, there is an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, there are influences intrinsic competence and reward for employee performance and there are influences of competence, intrinsic reward satisfaction with organizational performance through employee performance.
