PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KOMUNIKASI, KEPEMIMPINAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI SERTA IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP KINERJA DINAS PENGAIRAN PROVINSI ACEH

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) deskripsi budaya organisasi, komunikasi, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, kinerja pegawai dan kinerja organisasi (2) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai (4) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai (5) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (6) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi, (7) pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja organisasi (8) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja organisasi (9) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja organisasi (10) pengaruh budaya organisasi, komunikasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui kinerja pegawai. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi, komunikasi, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, kinerja pegawai dan kinerja organisasi. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Pengairan Provinsi Aceh, dengan objek penelitian mengenai budaya organisasi, komunikasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja, kinerja pegawai dan kinerja organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, komunikasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, kemudian hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, komunikasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kinerja pegawai mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. Kemudian hasil penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi, komunikasi, kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui kinerja pegawai.

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) description of organizational culture, communication, leadership, work discipline, employee performance and organizational performance (2) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, (3) the influence of communication on employee performance (4) the influence of leadership on employee performance (5) influence of work discipline on employee performance (6) influence of organizational culture on organizational performance, (7) influence of communication on organizational performance (8) influence of leadership on organizational performance (9) influence of work discipline on organizational performance (10) influence organizational culture, communication, leadership and work discipline on organizational performance through employee performance. The object of this research is organizational culture, communication, leadership, work discipline, employee performance and organizational performance. The location of this study was conducted at the Aceh Province Irrigation Service, with research objects on organizational culture, communication, leadership and work discipline, employee performance and organizational performance. The results showed that organizational culture, communication, leadership and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, then the results of the study also showed that organizational culture, communication, leadership and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study prove that employee performance has an influence on organizational performance. Then the results of this study also prove that organizational culture, communication, leadership and work discipline affect organizational performance water employee performance.
