ABSTRAK
Imunisasi adalah salah satu bentuk intervensi kesehatan yang sangat efektif dalam melaksanakan Sistem Kesehatan Nasional (SKN) sebagai upaya menurunkan angka kematian bayi dan balita. Secara global 2-3 juta kematian pertahunnya dapat dicegah melalui imunisasi. Masih ada sekitar 22 juta bayi di seluruh dunia yang belum mendapat imunisasi lengkap. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi status imunisasi diantaranya adalah tingkat pendidikan ibu, pengetahuan ibu dan jumlah anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan, pengetahuan ibu dan jumlah anak dengan status imunisasi dasar di Puskesmas Jaya Baru Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan desain Cross Sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 30 September sampai 30 November 2013 dengan 60 responden yaitu ibu yang memiliki anak usia 9 – 36 bulan. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji Chi Square. Hasil uji menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan ibu dengan status imunisasi dasar (p value= 0,464; p> 0,05). Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu dengan status imunisasi dasar (p value= 0,031; p0,05). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan ibu berhubungan terhadap status imunisasi dasar. Sedangkan pendidikan ibu dan jumlah anak tidak berhubungan terhadap status imunisasi dasar di Puskesmas Jaya Baru Banda Aceh.

ABSTRACT
Immunization is one of the forms of health interventions are highly effective in implementing the National Health System ( SKN ) in an effort to reduce infant mortality and toddlers. Globally 2-3 million deaths annually can be prevented through immunization. There are still about 22 million babies worldwide who have not received the full immunization. Some factors influencing the immunization status of which are the level of maternal education, maternal knowledge and number of children. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of education, mother's knowledge and the number of children with the basic immunization status at the health center in Jaya Baru Banda Aceh. The type of research is analytic observational with cross-sectional design. This study was conducted on 30 September to 30 November 2013 with 60 respondents, mothers of children aged 9-36 months. The analysis used is the Chi Square test. The test results showed there was no correlation between the level of education with basic immunization status (p value=0.464, p>0.05). There was a relationship between the mother's knowledge with basic immunization status (p value= 0.031, p0.05). The conclusion of this research was related to the mother's knowledge of basic immunization status. While the mother's education and number of children not related to the basic immunization status at the health center in Jaya Baru Banda Aceh.
