Judul : Gambaran Pengetahuan Dokter Gigi Muda mengenai Penanganan Pasien dengan Penyakit Sistemik dalam Tindakan Bedah Mulut di RSGM Unsyiah Banda Aceh
Penanganan pasien dengan penyakit sistemik dalam tindakan bedah mulut merupakan kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh dokter gigi. Penyakit sistemik merupakan penyakit yang mempengaruhi tubuh secara keseluruhan, termasuk rongga mulut. Penderita penyakit sistemik yang memerlukan tindakan bedah mulut membutuhkan pertimbangan khusus karena kondisi tersebut memiliki risiko tinggi terhadap terjadinya komplikasi. Pengetahuan dokter gigi yang memadai sangat dibutuhkan agar dapat memberikan penanganan yang tepat dan menghindari konsekuensi serius yang mungkin terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan dokter gigi muda mengenai penanganan pasien dengan penyakit sistemik dalam tindakan bedah mulut di RSGM Unsyiah Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan jumlah subjek 252 orang. Cara pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dokter gigi muda mengenai penanganan pasien dengan penyakit sistemik dalam tindakan bedah mulut di RSGM Unsyiah Banda Aceh mayoritas tinggi dengan jumlah 150 orang (59,5%) dan 100 orang (39,7%) berpengetahuan sedang, serta 2 orang (0,8%) berpengetahuan rendah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa pengetahuan dokter gigi muda mengenai penanganan pasien dengan penyakit sistemik dalam tindakan bedah mulut di RSGM Unsyiah Banda Aceh dikategorikan tinggi.

Title : Knowledge Description of Dentist Candidate Regarding The Treatment of Patient with Systemic Disease in Oral Surgery at RSGM Unsyiah Banda Aceh
The management of patients with systemic diseases in oral surgery is a competence that must be known by the dentist. Systemic disease is the one of disease that affects the whole body, including the oral cavity. Patients with systemic disease requiring oral surgery need special consideration because that condition has a high risk of complications. The adequate knowledge of dentists is highly needed in order to provide proper treatment and avoid the serious consequences that may occur. The purpose of this study is to describe the knowledge of dentist candidate regarding the treatment of patients with systemic diseases in oral surgery at RSGM Unsyiah Banda Aceh. Descriptive methode used in this research and the subject number were 252 people. The data collected through questionnaires. The results showed that the knowledge of dentist candidates regarding the treatment of patients with systemic disease of oral surgery at RSGM Unsyiah Banda Aceh majority are high with total number are 150 persons (59.5%) and 100 persons (39.7%) are moderate, and 2 persons (0.8%) are low. The conclusion of this study that the knowledge of dentist candidate regarding the treatment of patients with systemic diseases in oral surgery at RSGM Unsyiah Banda Aceh categorized at high knowledge.
