ABSTRAK

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem bagi hasil pada perkebunan kelapa sawit di masyarakat Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir serta dampak sistem bagi hasil pada perkebunan kelapa sawit bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari pemodal, pekerja/buruh serta kepala desa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa sistem bagi hasil pada perkebunan kelapa sawit di masyarakat Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir melibatkan pihak pemodal dan penggarap yang diikat dengan akad muzaraah dan musaqah sehingga memperoleh hasil dari sistem bagi hasil masing-masing pihak, dimana 2⁄3 untuk pemodal dan 1⁄(3 )untuk penggarap dan pemilik lahan. Sistem bagi hasil pada perkebunan kelapa sawit telah berdampak positif terhadap bagi kesejahteraan ekonomi, sosial dan keagamaan masyarakat Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir yang ditandai dengan terbukanya lapangan pekerjaan, mendapatkan pendapatan tetap dari sistem bagi hasil lahan garapan, terpenuhinya kebutuhan primer, sekunder bahkan tersier. Dampak kesejahteraan lainnya dibidang pendidikan anak dan kesehatan keluarga. Sedangkan bidang keagamaan tidak melupakan dan meninggalkan kewajiban terhadap agama selama masa bekerja sama pengelolaan perkebunan kelapa sawit di Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir.

ABSTRACT The research aims to determine the profit sharing system on oil palm plantations in the Kuala Pesisir District community and the impact of the profit sharing system on oil palm plantations on the welfare of the people of Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. Research informants consisted of financiers, workers/laborers and village heads. Based on the research results, it is known that the profit sharing system on oil palm plantations in the Kuala Pesisir District community involves investors and cultivators who are bound by muzaraah and musaqah contracts so that each party obtains results from the profit sharing system, where 2⁄3 is for the investor and 1⁄3 (3) for cultivators and land owners. The profit sharing system on oil palm plantations has had a positive impact on the economic, social and religious welfare of the people of Kuala Pesisir District, which is characterized by opening up employment opportunities, getting a steady income from the profit sharing system of cultivated land, fulfilling primary, secondary and even tertiary needs. Other welfare impacts in the fields of children's education and family health. Meanwhile, the religious sector did not forget and abandon its obligations towards religion during the period of collaboration in managing oil palm plantations in Kuala Pesisir District.
