Sleep pattern disruption is a problem that often arises in patients with hypertension due to headache symptoms due to vascular resistance in the brain. Untreated sleep pattern disruption can worsen hypertension and lead to new problems in the cardiovascular system. The purpose of this study is to examine the sleep quality of hypertension patients in the working area of Baitussalam Community Health Center. This study used an exploratory descriptive method. The study population consisted of hypertension patients in the working area of Baitussalam Community Health Center, with a sample of 222 people selected using stratified sampling technique. The data was collected using the Development and Validation of the Maugeri Sleep Quality and Distress Inventory (MaSQuDI-17) questionnaire. The data were analyzed using univariate analysis. The results show that the sleep quality of hypertension patients in the Baitussalam Community Health Center area is predominantly poor, with 180 people (81.1%) in this category. The conclusion of this study reveals that the sleep quality of hypertension patients in the Baitussalam Community Health Center area is poor. It is expected that the health center can provide non-pharmacological therapy to improve and enhance the sleep quality of hypertension patients in the working area of Baitussalam Community Health Center.
