Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Dana Alokasi Umum Terhadap Tingkat Kemiskinan Wilayah Barat Selatan di Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel dari tahun 2014-2023 di Kabupaten/Kota Wilayah Barat Selatan (Aceh Jaya, Aceh Barat, Nagan Raya, Aceh Barat Daya, Aceh Selatan, Simeulue, Aceh Singkil, Subulussalam). Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan Random Effect Model (REM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan Wilayah Barat Selatan di Provinsi Aceh, sementara variabel Dana Alokasi Umum tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat Kemiskinan Wilayah Barat Selatan di Provinsi Aceh. Pemerintah daerah memiliki perananan yang sangat penting dalam proses meningkatkan pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi salah satunya adalah dengan mengoptimalkan sumber-sumber pendapatan asli daerah agar pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat mengentaskan kemiskinan di wilayah tersebut, namun kemungkinan oleh daerah dana alokasi umum digunakan untuk operasional daerah yang sifatnya tidak produktif yang tidak memiliki kaitan dengan pembangunan infrastruktur yang dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi sehingga tidak memberikan efek kepada masyarakat.

The study uses panel data from 2014-2023 in the districts/cities of the South West Territory. (Aceh Jaya, Aceh Barat, Nagan Raya, Aceh Barat Daya, Aceh Selatan, Simeulue, Aceh Singkil, Subulussalam). The method used is panel data regression with Random Effect Model (REM). The results of the analysis showed that Regional Natural Income had a significant negative influence on the poverty rate of the Southwest Territory in the province of Aceh, while the variable of the General Allocation Fund had no influence on the level of poverty in the Province of Aceh. The local government has a very important role in the process of improving development and economic growth one is to optimize the sources of original income of the region so that economic development and growth can eradicate poverty in the region, but it is possible by the area of general allocation funds are used for operational areas that are not productive in nature that have nothing to do with the development of infrastructure that can boost economic growth so that it does not have an effect on the society.
