Ketersedian intrumen tes berbasis literasi sains untuk evaluasi di Madrasah Tsanawiyah belum memiliki pengukuran terhadap atribut psikometrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur atribut psikometrik tes bebasis literasi sains untuk peserta didik MTs serta kemampuan literasi sains. Atribut psikometrik yang diukur terdiri atas validitas, reliabilitas, daya beda dan tingkat kesukaran. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melakukan analisis terhadap lembar validasi dan hasil tes. Data yang diperoleh mencakup hasil penilaian ahli serta lembar jawaban peserta didik. Tes berbasis literasi sains yang dianalisis terdiri atas 32 butir soal pilihan ganda. Lembar validasi dinilai oleh 3 ornag ahli dan sampel penelitian terdiri atas 100 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 26 soal yang dianggap valid pada validitas isi dengan nilai perhitungan V Aiken untuk semua aspek penilaian ahli (konstruksi, relevansi dan kejelasan) > 0,667. Analisis validitas empiris menujukkan bahwa 20 soal dinyatakan valid dan dianggap reliabel dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,805 > 0,707. Analisis daya beda butir soal menunjukkan terdapat 19 soal yang memiliki daya beda serta 7 soal sama sekali tidak memiliki daya beda. Tinjauan tingkat kesukaran menunjukkan bahwa 26 butir soal tergolong sedang. Analisa kualitas atribut psikometrik tes berbasis literasi sains menunjukkan bahwa 19 butir soal valid. Analisa kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik MTsN Aceh Besar menunjukkan 56% berpredikat baik, 40% berpredikat kurang dan 4% berpredikat sangat kurang Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah 19 butir soal tergolong baik dan 56% peserta didik memiliki kemampuan literasi baik.

The availability of science literacy-based test instruments for evaluation in Madrasah Tsanawiyah does not yet have measurements of psychometric attributes. This study aims to measure the psychometric attributes of science literacy-based tests for MTs students and science literacy skills. The measured psychometric attributes consist of validity, reliability, differentiation and difficulty level. This research is a quantitative descriptive research by analysing the validation sheet and test results. The data obtained included the results of expert assessments and students' answer sheets. The analysed science literacy-based test consisted of 32 multiple choice questions. The validation sheet was assessed by 3 experts and the research sample consisted of 100 students. The results showed that there were 26 questions that were considered valid on content validity with the calculation value of V Aiken for all aspects of expert assessment (construction, relevance and clarity) > 0.667. Empirical validity analysis showed that 20 questions were declared valid and considered reliable with a reliability coefficient of 0.805> 0.707. Analysis of item differentiation showed that there were 19 questions that had differentiation power and 7 questions did not have differentiation power at all. The review of the level of difficulty showed that 26 items were classified as moderate. Analysis of the psychometric attributes of the science literacy-based test showed that 19 questions were classified as valid. Analysis of the science literacy skills of MTsN Aceh Besar students showed 56% were categorised as good, 40% were categorised as poor and 4% were categorised as very poor. The conclusion of this research is that 19 items are classified as good and 56% of students have good literacy skills.
