Abstrak : Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Krueng Pase terletak di Kabupaten Aceh Utara, DAS Krueng Pase berhulu di penggunungan Gunung Salak - Kabupaten Benar Meriah dan bermuara di (Selat Malaka) di Desa Blang Mee Kecamatan Samudera sebagai hilirnya. Salah satu permasalahan DAS Krueng Pase yaitu banjir, dimana bencana banjir sering kali berdampak pada masyarakat yang berada di DAS Krueng Pase. Dalam menghadapi bencana banjir perlu adanya informasi daerah yang paling rentan akan bajir di DAS Krueng Pase. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan bagaimana sebaran banjir di DAS Krung Pase berdasarkan parameter kerentanan sosial, ekonomi dan fisik. Sebagai upaya dalam memberikan informasi terhadap kesiap siagaan dalam menghadapi bencana banjir. Untuk mengetahui daerah rentan banjir dilakukan dengan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) yang merupakan salah satu cara dalam proses pemetaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan luasan daerah rentan banjir. Sebaran Lokasi kerentanan banjir di DAS Krueng Pase berdasarkan parameter fisik di dapat 5 kelas kerentanan yaitu kelas daerah kerentanan sangat tinggi, daerah kerentanan tinggi, daerah kerentanan sedang, daerah kerentanan rendah, dan daerah kerentanan sangat rendah.

Abstract: The Krueng Pase Watershed (DAS) is located in Aceh Utara Regency, with its headwaters in the Gunung Salak Mountains of Bener Meriah Regency and its mouth in the Malacca Strait, specifically in Blang Mee Village, Samudera District, as its downstream area. One of the main issues in the Krueng Pase Watershed is flooding, which frequently impacts the communities living within the watershed. To mitigate flood disasters, it is necessary to have information on the areas most vulnerable to flooding in the Krueng Pase Watershed. This study aims to determine the flood distribution in the Krueng Pase Watershed based on social, economic, and physical vulnerability parameters. It is intended to provide information to enhance preparedness in facing flood disasters. To identify flood-prone areas, the Geographic Information System (GIS) was utilized as one of the methods for the mapping process. The results of this study show the extent of flood-prone areas. The distribution of flood vulnerability locations in the Krueng Pase Watershed based on physical parameters resulted in five vulnerability classes: very high vulnerability, high vulnerability, moderate vulnerability, low vulnerability, and very low vulnerability.
