Pendidikan di indonesia baru mengalami perubahan kurikulum yang mulanya kurikulum 2013 sekarang adalah kurikulum merdeka, penerapan kurikulum merdeka di sekolah mulai sejak tahun 2022, Keberhasilan penerapan kurikulum di sekolah sangat bergantung pada persepsi guru dalam menerima dan memahami isi penerapan kurikulum mandiri dalam lingkup satuan pendidikan. Maka penting untuk mengetahui sejauh persepsi guru dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Persepsi Guru Terhadap Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka SDN Mesjid Lheu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan sejauh mana Persepsi Guru Terhadap Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini guru kelas 1, guru kelas IV, guru PAI, guru PJOK. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara. Adapun teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Mayoritas guru memberikan apresiasi yang tinggi terhadap pendekatan baru ini, yang dianggap sebagai langkah edukatif dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran di kelas. Mereka melihat Kurikulum Merdeka sebagai sarana yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan kemandirian siswa, serta memberikan fleksibilitas bagi guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan potensi siswa. Selain itu, Kurikulum Merdeka juga menuntut adanya perubahan mindset dari guru, dimana mereka perlu beralih dari pola pikir yang hanya mengajar menjadi memfasilitasi pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka sangat positif karena guru-guru di SD Negeri Mesjid Lheu menunjukkan kesiapan dan kemauan untuk beradaptasi dengan kurikulum baru ini.

Syiah Kuala University]. Under the guidance of Drs. M. Yamin, M.Ed, and Aida Fitri, S.Pd., M.Pd. Education in Indonesia has just experienced a curriculum change, which was originally the 2013 curriculum, now it is the independent curriculum, the implementation of the independent curriculum in schools has started since 2022. The success of implementing the curriculum in schools is highly dependent on teacher perceptions in accepting and understanding the contents of the implementation of the independent curriculum within the scope of the education unit. So it is important to know the extent of teacher perceptions in implementing the independent curriculum. This study aims to determine how Teachers' Perceptions of the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SDN Mesjid Lheu. The purpose of this study is to describe the extent of Teacher Perceptions of the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum. The approach used in this study is qualitative and descriptive research type. The subjects in this study were grade 1 teacher, grade IV teachers, Islamic religious studies teachers, sports teacher. Data collection was carried out by interview. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the majority of teachers gave high appreciation to this new approach, which is considered an educational step in improving learning in the classroom. They see the Independent Curriculum as an effective means to increase students' creativity and independence, as well as providing flexibility for teachers in managing the learning process according to students' needs and potential. In addition, the Independent Curriculum also demands a change in mindset from teachers, where they need to shift from a mindset that only teaches to facilitating learning. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that teachers' perceptions of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum are very positive because teachers at SD Negeri Mesjid Lheu show readiness and willingness to adapt to this new curriculum.
