Stunting adalah suatu kondisi ketika pertumbuhan balita terhambat, dimana tinggi badan balita kurang jika dibandingkan dengan balita seumurnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan menganalisis hubungan pemberian vitamin A, imunisasi, riwayat penyakit infeksi, dan pengetahuan orang tua terhadap stunting pada anak usia 24-59 bulan di Puskesmas Pulo Aceh, Aceh Besar pada bulan Juni 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional study dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 55 responden stunting dan 55 responden non-stunting yang diambil secara total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 100% responden stunting dan non-stunting mendapatkan vitamin A lengkap, responden stunting sebesar 2,7% mendapatkan imunisasi lengkap dan non-stunting 30% mendapat imunisasi lengkap, responden stunting 21,8% pernah terinfeksi diare dan non-stunting 41,8% pernah terinfeksi diare, responden stunting 37,3% pernah terinfeksi ISPA dam non-stunting 50,9% pernah terinfeksi ISPA, mayoritas orang tua dengan status anak stunting yaitu 37,3% memiliki pengetahuan kurang dan mayoritas orang tua dengan status anak non-stunting yaitu 36,4% memiliki pengetahuan cukup terkait stunting, serta terdapat hubungan antara imunisasi, ISPA, dan pengetahuan orang tua terhadap stunting dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara Vitamin A dan diare terhadap stunting. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemberian imunisasi, Riwayat penyakit ISPA, dan pengetahuan orang tua terdapat hubungan dengan kejadian stunting di Pulo Aceh, Aceh Besar.

Stunting is a condition when a toddler's growth is stunted, where the toddler's height is less when compared to toddlers of the same age. This study aims to determine the description and analyze the relationship between vitamin A administration, immunization, history of infectious diseases, and parental knowledge of stunting in children aged 24-59 months at the Pulo Aceh Health Center, Aceh Besar in June 2023. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a sample size of 55 stunting respondents and 55 non-stunting respondents taken by total sampling. The results showed that 100% of stunting and non-stunting respondents received complete vitamin A, 2.7% of stunting respondents received complete immunization and 30% of non-stunting respondents received complete immunization, 21.8% of stunting respondents had been infected with diarrhea and 41.8% of non-stunting respondents had been infected with diarrhea, 37.3% of stunting respondents had been infected with ARI and 50.9% of non-stunting respondents had been infected with ARI, the majority of parents with stunted child status, namely 37.3%, had insufficient knowledge and the majority of parents with non-stunting child status, namely 36.4%, had sufficient knowledge regarding stunting, and there was a relationship between immunization, ARI, and parental knowledge of stunting and there was no relationship between Vitamin A and diarrhea with stunting. The conclusion of this study is that the provision of immunization, history of ARI, and parental knowledge are related to the incidence of stunting in Pulo Aceh, Aceh Besar.
