The productivity of ruminants is determined by the performance of rumen microorganisms in digesting feed fiber such as bacteria and fungi. Supplementation containing probiotics is expected to improve the performance of rumen function. One of the probiotics that can be used is the RABAL supplement. Knowing the number of fungi and lactic acid bacteria in the feces of local goats after giving Ragi and Lactic Acid Bacteria (RABAL) at a dose of 3 ml and 6 ml. The study used Randomized Group Design (RAK) analysis, consisting of 3 treatments and 3 replicates. Each treatment consisted of 3 goats. Treatment 0 (P0) was the control without being given RABAL, treatment 1 (P1) was given 3 ml RABAL, and treatment 2 (P2) was given 6 ml RABAL. The method for calculating the number of fungi and LAB was the Total Plate Count (ALT) method. Fecal sampling and counting the number of fungi and LAB were done on day 28. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and continued with Duncan's test. Based on statistical tests showed that the administration of RABAL with a dose of 3 ml and 6 ml had a significant effect (P < 0.05) in increasing the number of fungi and LAB in the feces of local goats. The mean ±SD of the number of fungi was highest in treatment P2 1,3x 105 ± 0,11 CFU/ml followed by treatment P1 8,1x 104 ± 0,02 CFU/ml and lowest in treatment P0 6,0x103 ± 0,18 CFU/ml. In LAB, the highest mean ±SD was found in P2 treatment 1,6x108 ± 0,06 CFU/ml followed by P1 treatment 1,0x108 ± 0,11 CFU/ml, and the lowest in P0 treatment 6,3x107 ± 0,06 CFU/ml. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that administering RABAL at a dose of 3 ml and 6 ml has an effect in increasing the number of fungi and LAB in the feces of local goats. Keywords: Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB), local goat, Total Plate Count (TPC), yeast
