Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Banda Aceh yang dimediasi Oleh Model Bisnis Baru. Data diperoleh melalui survey terhadap 115 UMKM sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Teknik sampel yang digunakan probability sampling dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja UMKM. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan pengaruh yang signifikan antara orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap model bisnis baru sehingga model bisnis baru mampu memediasi pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Banda Aceh.

This research aims to measure the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Banda Aceh City which is mediated by New Business Models. Data was obtained through a survey of 115 MSMEs as a sample representing the research population and using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with stratified random sampling technique. Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) is used as an analysis method to determine the influence between the variables involved. The research results found that entrepreneurial orientation significantly influences the performance of MSMEs. The research results also found a significant influence between entrepreneurial orientation and new business models so that new business models were able to mediate the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of MSMEs in Banda Aceh City.
