Tenaga kesehatan ialah setiap individu yang mendapatkan pendidikan baik formal maupun non-formal yang mengabdikan diri kepada masyarakat untuk mencegah, mempertahankan, seta meningkatkan status kesehatan masyarakat. Imunisasi adalah sebuah cara yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh seseorang terhadap penyakit penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi (PD3I). Adanya pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan pelaksanaan imunisasi rutin tidak dapat berjalan optimal. Pada tahun 2022 ini kementerian kesehatan RI mencanangkan program Bulan Imunisasi Anak Nasional (BIAN). BIAN merupakan upaya yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk melindungi anak dari penyakit Polio, Difteri, Tetanus, Pertusis atau Batuk Rejan, Hepatitis B, Campak, dan Rubela. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan Kota Jantho dengan tenaga kesehatan Kota Banda Aceh tentang BIAN. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah tenaga kesehatan yang terdapat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kota Jantho dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Baiturrahman. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, mayoritas tenaga kesehatan yang menjadi responden adalah perempuan dengan interval umur 41-45 tahun. Berdasarkan uji statistik, pada penelitian ini tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan Kecamatan Kota Jantho dengan tenaga kesehatan Kecamatan Baiturrahman. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan Kecamatan Kota Jantho dengan tenaga kesehatan Kecamatan Baiturrahman terhadap BIAN tergolong baik.

Health workers are individuals who receive both formal and non-formal education who devote themselves to the community to prevent, maintain, and improve public health status. Immunization is a way to increase one's immunity to diseases that can be prevented by immunization (PD3I). The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in the implementation of routine immunization not being able to run optimally. In 2022, the Indonesian Ministry of Health launched the National Child Immunization Month (BIAN) program. BIAN is an effort made by the government to protect children from Polio, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis or Whooping Cough, Hepatitis B, Measles, and Rubella. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a difference in the level of knowledge of Jantho City health workers and Banda Aceh City health workers about BIAN. This type of research is descriptive research with a cross sectional design. The subjects in this study were health workers at the Jantho City District Health Center and the Baiturrahman District Health Center. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Based on this study, the majority of health workers who were respondents were women with an age interval of 41-45 years. Based on statistical tests, in this study there was no significant difference between the level of knowledge of health workers in Jantho City District and health workers in Baiturrahman District. Thats means that the level of knowledge of health workers in Kota Jantho Sub-district and health workers in Baiturrahman Sub-district about BIAN is good.
