Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh job stress dan work-family conflict terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh job burnout pada pegawai Kantor Pusat Bank Aceh Syariah di Banda Aceh. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran google form sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data terhadap 171 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan di dalam penelitian adalah probability sampling dengan teknik purpotional sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa job stress berpengaruh negatif terhadap job satisfaction, work-family conflict berpengaruh negatif terhadap job satisfaction, job stress berpengaruh positif terhadap job burnout, work-family conflict berpengaruh positif terhadap job burnout, job burnout bepengaruh negatif terhadap job satsifaction dan job burnout dapat memediasi hubungan antara job stress terhadap job satisfaction dan juga job burnout dapat memediasi hubungan antara work-family conflict terhadap job satisfaction.

This study aims to examine the effect of job stress and work-family conflict on job satisfaction mediated by job burnout in employees of Bank Aceh Syariah Head Office in Banda Aceh. Data collection in this study was obtained through the distribution of google forms as an instrument for collecting data on 171 employees. The sampling technique used in the study was probability sampling with purpotional sampling techniques. Based on the results of the analysis shows that job stress negatively affects job satisfaction, work-family conflict negatively affects job satisfaction, job stress positively affects job burnout, work-family conflict positively affects job burnout, , job burnout negatively affects job satisfaction and job burnout can mediate the relationship between job stress and job burnout can mediate the relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction.
